Tandoori Mix Grill The english equivalent of our Tandoori Mix Grill would be a combination plate. This is a mix of lamb, chicken and shrimp marinated in an original combination of garlic, ginger and Indian spices and then slow roasted on skewers in our clay ovens. Cooking the meat on skewers allows the fat to drip to the bottom, while the juices slowly melt into the food to provide a mouth watering taste.

Tandoori Fish The english equivalent of our Tandoori Fish would simply be grilled fish. What makes this meal special is, as with the Tandoori Mix Grill, we use the tandoori technique of marinating the food for over twelve hours and then slow roasting it on skewers in our clay ovens.
