Tandoori Specials

All of our Tandoori specials are marinated in special sauces for 12 hours and then slow cooked on skewers in a pitcher shaped clay oven (tandoor). During cooking, fat drips away to the bottom of the oven but the juices remain. The result is lean cooking that still retains a rich flavor.

All dishes are then served with naan (bread) pan baked in the tandoors on the spot when you order.


Tandoori Chicken
Spring chicken marinated in tandoori masala and yogurt for 12 hours and then roasted on skewers until tender.

Chicken Tikka
Tender pieces of boneless white meat chicken marinated in tandoor spices and yogurt for 12 hours and then roasted on skewers until tender.
Chicken Shekh Kabob
Finely chopped pieces of chicken marinated with onions, herbs and spices for 12 hours and then roasted on skewers until tender.

Chicken Malai Kabob
Creamy chicken supreme marinated in mild spices while roasted in our tandoor.
